How it works.

How it works online.

  1. Apply for an account with Growers Supply Co. Once approved, you will be able to login online to place product orders.
  2. Browse our products and select the ones you want to order.
  3. Submit your order for review and approval by one of our store representatives.
  4. Growers Supply Co. will confirm receipt of your order via email. Our service aim is to respond within 2 hours.
  5. A Growers Supply Co. team member will confirm, via email, when your order is ready for pick up. If there are any concerns regarding quantities and product availability, you will be contacted beforehand by one of our store representatives. Orders placed before 2pm will be processed on the same business day. Orders placed after 2pm may be processed on the following business day.
  6. Visit your selected Growers Supply Co. location to pick up your order, once it is confirmed as ready.

  1. Growers Supply Co. will confirm receipt of your order via email, within 2 hours.
  2. A Growers Supply Co. team member will confirm, via email, when your order is ready for pick up. If there are any concerns regarding quantities and product availability, you will be contacted beforehand by one of our store representatives. Orders placed before 2 pm will be processed on the same business day. Orders placed after 2 pm may be processed during the following business day.
  3. Visit your selected Growers Supply Co. location to pick up your order, once it is confirmed as ready.

A few things to note. 

The products must be collected within 24 hours of receiving confirmation that your order is ready. When collecting the order from your selected store, please go initially to the store counter to sign for your order.

To ensure timely processing of your order, please place online, email and phone orders as carefully as possible. Any order changes may cause delays.

Orders not picked up by the specified date given by Growers Supply Co. will be returned to stock and made available to the next customer.
